Mango bloom cake ingredients
40g fresh milk without sugar
40g corn oil

How to make mango bloom cake
Step 1Make sponge cake
You put in a bowl 40g of unsweetened fresh milk, 40g of corn oil, 18g of sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Sift into the bowl add 55g low gluten flour, 6g corn starch and continue stirring the mixture. Add 3 more egg yolks , mix well.
